Getting Us Your Documents
Circle Tax & Accounting does not have a physical office. All services are handled electronically or through secure delivery methods. Please review the options below to determine the best way to submit your documents. 🔒 Upload Your Documents (Preferred Method) We strongly encourage clients to upload documents using ShareFile, our secure client portal.
If you need access to ShareFile or need your invitation resent, please call 816-753-1700 or email [email protected]. 🔗 Click here to log into ShareFile 📬 Mail Your Documents You may mail your documents using USPS, FedEx, UPS, or another delivery service. Mailing Address: Circle Tax & Accounting 6324 N Chatham Ave #206 Kansas City, MO 64151 Important: This is a UPS Store mailbox, not a physical office. Documents must be mailed or delivered by a carrier. Items cannot be dropped off in person. 📠 Fax Your Documents Fax Number: 816-753-4703 If you fax documents, please call or email our office to notify us and confirm that all pages were received clearly and are legible. 🚫 Document Drop-Offs We do not accept document drop-offs and do not maintain a physical drop box. If you believe an exception is needed, please contact our office by phone or email to discuss possible arrangements. 📞 Appointments We do not offer in-person appointments for tax preparation. Phone appointments are available on a limited basis.
