How to use Sharefile

Getting Us Your Documents

Circle Tax & Accounting does not have a physical office.  We handle all our business electronically by phone, fax, email, and mail.  

Drop Off Documents
When COVID hit we removed our option to drop off documents, so we no longer offer a drop box in Westport. If you need to drop off documents please email or call our office and we will make arrangements.

Mail Us Your Documents
You can mail us your information (via USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc).  Our mailing address is:

**Note this is a UPS store box, you can not drop office documents it has to be mailed or delivered through another service (UPS/FedEx).

Upload Your Documents
We have been using sharefile for several years now.  It's a secure website to upload documents.  You can upload documents through that system.  Please put them in the folder labelled "Put Your Documents Here."

Click here to log into Sharefile.  Your username is your email address and your password is something you created if you have already logged in.  If you need access to sharefile please call us at 816-753-1700 or email [email protected] and we will resend the invitation to join.

Fax Documents
Our Fax Number is 816-753-4703.  If you fax documents please email/call to let us know they have been sent and so we can confirm they are legible.

Appointments
We are unable to do in person appointments to prepare your return.  We will have very limited phone appointments.  Please call our office if you need an appointment and we will see if we are able to make arrangements.  If you simply have a question please talk to one of our staff and they will get back to you.  If it is something we feel we can't answer easily without discussion then we will schedule an appointment.  Please note the best way to reach us is by email using [email protected] to reach us.
