Since we're not fast food we have prices and services that fit every situation.
Here are the basics of our pricing scale:
  • Accounting Services start at $75/hour
  • Bookkeeping Services start at $55/hour
  • Business Consulting Services start at $75/hour
  • Tax Representation starts at $125/hour
  • Other Tax Services (besides return preparation) starts at $125/hour
  • Any sort of court appearance or other legal proceedings starts at $250/hour
  • Monthly accounting is a set fee based on the services you need.  We now required monthly accounting services to be paid for by auto-debit.
Tax return pricing is based on the forms that need to be prepared.
Because the pricing is complicated it would be impossible to list all the prices here:​​
  • Form 1040 starts at $150
  • Business Returns start at $300

​You will be given the option to have a printed copy of your return provided when it is complete for an additional $15.  If at any time you need an additional copy our fee will start at $25 and will go up depending on the number of pages printed.
Our return prices always include the Federal return along with Kansas, Missouri, and KCMO. We are more than happy to give you an estimated price via email.  We will need to ask several questions in order to determine what forms need to be prepared (or if it is the same as last year have your copies available so you can tell us the forms used). We do not match coupons or other promotions from large companies; however, our prices are very reasonable compared to the large corporate tax firms.
