Circle Tax & Accounting no longer has a permanent location on Westport Road. We will be handling business electronically by phone, fax, email, and mail.
Drop Off Documents We have a drop box at Doggie Style Bowtique located at 1713 Westport Road (just 3 doors down from where our office was located). This is a secure dropbox that we will check a couple times a week (more during tax season). The hours are from 8-4 Tuesday-Saturday. If you want to verify that they are open before heading over you can call 816-561-3647. Mail Us Your Documents You can mail us your information (via USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc). Upload Your Documents We have been using sharefile for the last couple years. You can upload documents through that system. Please put them in the folder labelled "Put Your Documents Here."

Fax Documents Our Fax Number is 816-753-4703. If you fax documents please email/call to let us know they have been sent and so we can confirm they are legible.
Appointments We are going to be unable to do hour long appointments to prepare your return as we have in the past. However we will have limited in person appointments to drop off or pick up documents and go through questions. We will be scheduling 15 minute appointments as needed to collect information. These appointments will be primarily on Wednesdays between 9-3. I will have a space I will be using at Our Saviour Lutheran Church located at 4153 Rainbow Blvd, Kansas City, KS 66103. The space I will be using is actually near the preschool so parking is around the back of the church and there is a door with a sign for the preschool. It is a locked door so I will meet you at the door for your scheduled appointment to let you in.
